Found a little shaggy dog about 25 minutes ago.
Got home from Memo’s, parked, then saw a little shaggy dog wandering around in the rain next to the retirement home.
It looked like it had been in the rain for a while; the poor thing was soaked. It had a collar, so it obviously belonged to someone.
